Bug-n-out was very prompt in setting up a time to come to check out the yellow jacket nest in my basement. They did also come back and take the nest down when I saw some residual bees.

I found a wasps nest on our deck; filled out a form on Thumbtack; received a call from Bug N Out within two minutes. 30 minutes after that, Nick appeared on our front porch. He then inspected and removed the nest within 20 minutes. Talk about same day/same hour service. The nest is gone. The wasps are gone and we can safely use our deck again.

Excellent communication and quality work is what Bug-N-Out is all about. He came to our house with a ton of bees 🐝 buzzing around and by the time he was done spraying the dust most of the bees were gone. In 2 days all of the bees were gone. Very knowledgeable and punctual. Highly Recommended
