I found a wasps nest on our deck; filled out a form on Thumbtack; received a call from Bug N Out within two minutes. 30 minutes after that, Nick appeared on our front porch. He then inspected and removed the nest within 20 minutes. Talk about same day/same hour service. The nest is gone. The wasps are gone and we can safely use our deck again.

Contacted Nick for bee removal, he responded promptly, the schedule process is easy as well. He was able to fit us in the same day, but unfortunately after he came out to inspect, it turned out what we had is honey bee, which he doesn't deal with, but he was able to send me an reference for honey bee removal. I will recommend him for anyone needs normal bee and pest control.
