Nicolas, was #1 of a total of #7 Contractors that I consulted. He was the only contractor that was truly honest about replacing a section of the Sub-Flooring 1st. Then, installing a new floor on top in the Powder room. The wood foundation in the Powder room had severely-Rotten and it could not support the weight of a Toilet. I've had two projects: Flooring done in my Home: 1)Bathroom floor and 2)Powder room floor by Lasko Trading Inc and both completed earlier than schedule time (completed same day, Sept 27, 24) and excellent quality workmanship. I appreciated Nicolas's honesty and knowledge of the scope of work required to replace section of the Sub-Flooring (i.e. Foundation) in my Powder Room floor. Then, installing new floor on top. Bathroom floor was not as intricate as the Powder room. It merely was removal of old floor and molden. And put new flooring and molden. NIcolas's exceptional communication about the scope of the work required; answering my questions, his professionlism; and honesty is why I chose Lasko Trading Inc company to work on my home. I will hire Lasko Trading Inc contractor company again or recommend them to friends and family. If you want peace of mind knowing that your home will be done right, go with Lasko Trading Inc.

I had Nick complete two projects: double-hinge 4 sets of bi-fold doors in hallway and pantry; add plywood and 2x4 supports to subfloor section, replace portion of ceiling drywall, spakle and sand. His workmanship, attention to detail, prompt communication and reasonable pricing clearly stand out as owner/contractor. I will retain Lasko Trade Inc. for future projects.

This included three slab doors installed, one jamb/trim overhaul, and high gloss paint application. All tasks were completed as contracted. Nick also made suggestions for another upcoming project.
