We had a major issue with our LG refrigerator. From the first day after purchase, we couldn’t drink the water from the dispenser or use the ice from the icemaker in the door due to a chemical taste and smell. For five years, we couldn’t convince our warranty company or LG that there was a real problem. We had to buy a separate water filter and a separate ice maker for our kitchen. Over the years, they sent about five or six technicians who just replaced the icemaker again and again, but of course, that didn’t fix the issue. Then, during one of repairs, we reached out to Johnny. He spent two or three hours working on our unit and found a leak inside the body of the fridge. His skills and understanding of appliance systems are truly top-level. He also had a wide variety of tools and equipment, which he used to locate the issue. More importantly, he was able to explain to our warranty company, for the first time in five years, that our refrigerator had an unfixable problem that prevented us from using it properly. Thanks to him, we finally received a new fridge. We are so grateful! Thank you, Johnny!

My friends recommended I reach out to Johnny after he repaired their LG refrigerator's cooling system. He came over and, in just one visit, solved issues with three of my problematic units, using only a minimal list of parts. He fixed my refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. Regarding the washing machine, three previous technicians couldn't handle the issue, but Johnny got it done. I'm grateful and highly recommend this specialist to everyone!
