JLS Landscape and Lawn Care completed a big job consisting of trimming, trees, bushes, hedges, pulling and clean of weeds, edging out, preen weeds, and mulching. The staff is very professional, on time and works hard. The pictures show the close-up finish work. There are still weeds in areas, see the previous 2yr. landscape fabric in areas, areas with no mulch visible to the eye. Contact Jason Santos to come back and make it right per his word of mouth. Plus, the proposal agreed upon. Personal I feel Jason underestimated the job and the amount of mulch needed to cover the grounds adequately. The mulch is very thinly laid out. I have been waiting today for two weeks for him to come back. I blessed him with this job because I was going with another landscaper, but he was hungry and guarantee everything was included in his proposal. Well look at the pictures and you be the judge.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge for how long we are there. That is simply unfair. we will arrive at the house look at the lawn if its smaller them an acre charge 55$ if its a very small lawn the price will drop to 35$ or less. Larger yards will have to be determined upon arrival
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone with the client. tell them what we offer and we can ajust to the customers needs and wants.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We always had a drive for making properties as beautiful and as elegant as possible with that being said we want to make your property look better then ever!
