I sent a message about a broken part for my garage door opener and had a response within an hour. Unfortunately my current system could not be fixed due to age, but Lucas talked over my options with me. He was able to come to my home that day and we then determined it would be best to also replace my garage door, since it was also very old. I was scheduled to have work done within a week. The work was done promptly and when an issue with one of the remotes came up, they returned that same day to ensure the job was fully completed. I would highly recommend them for your garage door needs!! I would 100% hire them again.

My garage door opener went out on a Saturday, sent an email to Lucas and with in 20 minutes, he explained my choices and stated he would be here on Monday. Very pleased with the work of Lucas and his helper. Will hire him again to install another opener in the near future. The price was fair , no regrets. Sarge

I had several contractors respond to my request to find out what was wrong with my garage door, but Luke was the only one that diagnosed the exact issue over the phone with me based on the photos that I uploaded. Once the appointment day arrived, Luke was prompt, on time, and very professional. The repairs were made as he quoted and described, and the door now works perfectly. I asked him a few additional questions while he was here, and he answered completely. I could tell that Luke knew his craft very well. And he did not attempt to up-sale me with any unneeded repairs or upgrades, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use Access Door Systems again for any of my future garage door needs!
