- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I set my price on the severity of the customers request. If it seems to be a goal more difficult than another customers , the price is raised. My goal is to spend enough time with the customer that will ensure a successful plan to real their goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is the initial meeting which involves getting to know the customer. Writing down the goals. Coming up with a plan to reach those goals. Executing the plan and setting a deadline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience teaching and life skills counseling. I have taken many trainings on dealing with behavior, parent/child conflict and financial literacy.
