Natassia is AMAZING! I was nervous taking my first private class. After spinal surgery and sitting at a desk all day, I’m out of shape, stiff and not very flexible. She was very sensitive to my fitness level, worked with my limitations and guided me along the way. Natassia has a very gentle and encouraging nature. She has inspired confidence in my ability and desire to continue on my Yoga journey. I look forward to many more classes with Total Wellness with Natassia!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interview prep and oratory coaching should be prepared to book 2 - 3 sessions for maximum benefit. Writing Services will include 1 revision, if needed, and are priced on a "per project"basis. An estimate of the project will be provided prior to acceptance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All services start with a phone consultation and agreement, followed by meeting "face to face" on Zoom or Microsoft Teams
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm my previous employment as a Junior Recruiter for a large staffing agency, interview prep, resume revision, and creative writing we're part of my daily experience.
