Natassia is AMAZING! I was nervous taking my first private class. After spinal surgery and sitting at a desk all day, I’m out of shape, stiff and not very flexible. She was very sensitive to my fitness level, worked with my limitations and guided me along the way.
Natassia has a very gentle and encouraging nature. She has inspired confidence in my ability and desire to continue on my Yoga journey. I look forward to many more classes with Total Wellness with Natassia!
