They were completely unprofessional. They came after arriving late. Then said they couldn't do the job because they smelled mice pass on the 3rd floor. We have a cat who went crazy while we were packing and peed under the bed. We had to then scramble to find another cleaner. We had minutes to leave for out of state. We had to leave the house unlocked for the new cleaners. Thank God they could fit us in for the next day. It cost more money, but Thsnk God they did an amazing job. We'll be buying property in that area at another date. So we'll be making that company our cleaners when we open our Airbnb's.
