I thought he was going to be great for the job he came out and gave me a quote faster then anyone then he just disappeared. We Booked with Simonsays he never showed up. I’ve called he never answered. Then I texted he told me we would have to do another day because it was going to rain. (Didn’t rain that day either). We agreed on another and time when the day came he never showed up nor responded to my text.

I received a response within 15mins of my submittal. The team was quick and efficient. Had the 1st hard rainfall today. Attic is bone dry. Great job!!!

Simon’s crew did an incredible job replacing our roof and installing our new attic fan. The initial quote was very competitive, and our final price after replacing 7 playwoods due to extensive water damage was still very fair. Our driveway and yard did get very messy while the old shingles were coming off, but they did an amazing job cleaning up. They also kept us updated throughout the job, and overall, they were very respectful of our home. After the job was completed, we had a few questions and they were all answered as well. I will definitely be using them again soon for their other services and I plan on recommending them to friends and family.
