Marlin contacted me very shortly after my initial Thumbtack request. He spent as much time as I needed when we first met to discuss the job. He explained carefully the special steps he needed to take to make our roof as weatherproof as possible. He explained the job might include removing some sheathing, and explained also how the previous roof did not drain properly. These issues were addressed when the new roof was installed. The crew did that very efficiently, finishing in less than half a day. Everything was cleaned up exceptionally well, and the dumpster containing the old roof materials was gone the next day. MKS Construction LLC is going to do exactly what they promise at a good price, efficiently, and with a smile.

We had an unusual problem with a siding product that is not commonly used. Marlin clearly explained all the details involved so that I understood the issue, and he found a good solution that resolved the problem! It was creative and thoughtful problem-solving. Marlin and his team are amazing. They responded to my message immediately to took a look at a leak which at the time I thought was my skylight. It was then closed tightly and we were observing. It turns out it ended up being the flashing. I woke up to more water damage and reached out. They came out and put a tarp on my roof that day since lots of rain was occurring that week. They ordered all the supplies and fit me in the following week. They got it done in a day - roof over the addition, flashing, and two skylights. They do solid work for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them with any future issues.
