We worked with Marlin to replace our shed roof. There was significant damage to the sheathing and roof timbers. Marlin and his crew expertly rebuilt the damaged areas and installed a beautiful new roof. Great work, completed quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this business!

We had an unusual problem with a siding product that is not commonly used. Marlin clearly explained all the details involved so that I understood the issue, and he found a good solution that resolved the problem! It was creative and thoughtful problem-solving. Marlin and his team are amazing. They responded to my message immediately to took a look at a leak which at the time I thought was my skylight. It was then closed tightly and we were observing. It turns out it ended up being the flashing. I woke up to more water damage and reached out. They came out and put a tarp on my roof that day since lots of rain was occurring that week. They ordered all the supplies and fit me in the following week. They got it done in a day - roof over the addition, flashing, and two skylights. They do solid work for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them with any future issues.

We had roof damage from today’s wind. MKS responded almost immediately and showed up 30 minutes later. 15 minutes later, Marlin was on the roof performing the repair. Very happy with the responsiveness, the price, and the quality job. I’d recommend MKS without reservation!

My fascia flashing board went missing. Marlin did an awesome job replacing it with a new! I couldn't be home when he did the job. He sent me pictures after finishing the job. Very trustworthy and reliable! I would contact him for any of my roof related work!
