- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the square footage of the area you would like done as well as any add ons you would like such as doors, crown molding, minor drywall repairs etc.. We also offer discounts during major holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by setting up an appointment with the customer for an in-person estimate. The sales associate then visits the customer at their place, walks through the project explaining all the steps that need to be done in order to complete the project. The estimate is then sent over via email for review. If the customer decides to work with us a contract is sent over for signing. We always try our best to make sure our customers feel well informed about their project so during the process of completing your project we are in constant communication. We make sure to answer any questions the customer may have as well as send updates on how the project is going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained under professionals with 20+ years of experience. They taught me everything i need to know. With the experience I've gathered I am capable of leaving a job perfectly done.
