- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are negotiable and we do offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My office will make contact with the customer. Appointments are scheduled around what is convenient for the customer. I prefer that the customer is there for the inspection if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my certification through InterNachi. Which is the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. InterNACHI is the only Home Inspector School that is accredited through the U.S. Dept of Education.
