BNK more than surpassed my expectations. Dean and Karim are professional, courteous, exacting in their work, and very knowledgeable in all things plumbing. I had a tankless water heater installed replacing a tank one and they completed the work in a timely manner, patiently resolving some of the “quirks” of the sensitive system I purchased.
