- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a diligent Home Owner, we need you to know that we do charge a small fee of $75 for our onsite comprehensive walkthroughs. This can be applied to your project when we are hired. We leave nothing overlooked and we have a pricing module that can't be beaten. We are extremely competitive. So when it comes to pricing we match your needs exactly. No need to fret over the walkthrough fee. If you have another contractor quote you a cheaper price for the exact same job, we process a refund for you with no questions asked. There are no fees for our virtual walkthroughs or quotes over the phone. As long as you feel as if you have enough information about your project to submit virtually or over the phone, we send you an estimate after submission in 24 hours. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home to do a comprehensive walkthrough of the area of your dreams. Once we get a clear understanding of what you want, we draft an invoice and then make our plan of action. After you have settled on our payment terms you are scheduled and work starts immediately!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had training in all areas related to my field. This includes Carpentry as my first and foremost love, also Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry and Flooring.
