Quenton was amazing! He was professional, punctual,and communicative. My original appointment was scheduled out and he was able to get me an earlier appointment. My repair required a part to be ordered and he called me that same day with an estimate. He kept me informed and updated throughout the process . My issue was resolved in a little less than a week. Exceptional customer service!!

This is my first house and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Stellar Cooling was very professional and answered all of concerns and questions. My dog also loved him which was a good sign. I definitely will be using them to do my maintenance from here on out. Great service and affordable.

I would recommend this pro without hesitation and intend on using him in the future for my HVAC maintenance and repair needs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I try to gain as much background information on the system as possible. Which helps paint a mental picture of the systems condition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a proud graduate of Delaware County Community College. There I received my Associates Degree in Applied Science HVAC. Prior to that I graduated from All State Careers with a Certificate in HVAC.
