Excellent experience with Alicraft. I tried everything Google suggested over the past few days to unfreeze my frozen, inaccessible exterior bathroom pipes. After contacting Ali, he was here in under 2 hours, and quickly came up with a novel (and inexpensive) idea that I would never have thought of. He went way out of his way (a Home Depot 30+ mins away) to source parts for my particular fittings, and also showed me what he was doing so I could repeat the procedure if the pipes refreeze this winter. Cannot recommend Ali highly enough!
