Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer a flat-rate service fee that covers diagnostics, and any repairs will be priced based on the parts needed and the complexity of the job. We also provide upfront estimates, so there are no surprises. Additionally, we offer discounts for repeat customers or when multiple appliances need repair. For your convenience, we accept various payment methods and provide a warranty on our repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with a quick consultation to understand the problem with your appliance. We schedule a convenient time to visit and inspect the appliance. After diagnosing the issue, we’ll provide a detailed estimate for the repair. Once you approve, we begin the repair process, ensuring to keep you informed throughout. Our goal is to make the experience seamless and stress-free, leaving your appliance working like new.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of experience in appliance repair and am fully trained in the latest diagnostic and repair techniques for all major household appliances. I hold certifications from reputable industry organizations and continue to stay updated on new technologies and repair methods to provide the highest level of service. Additionally, I have hands-on experience working with a wide range of brands and models.
