I had a tenant washing machine that would not spin and would not drain. I got several responses from Thumbtack, but Denys from Viva Appliance Repair was the first to respond. He called me and set up a time for the next morning (which was a Saturday kudos to Denys!) He got there on time immediately diagnosed the problem as a simple clogged filter issue and solved it and was gone in five minutes. He only charged me his basic service call and even give a 90 day warranty. Denys is my new appliance go to.

Denys came to troubleshoot and fix a broken dishwasher that we had. I was worried that we might have to replace the whole thing, but Denys spent time thinking and troubleshooting our problem and working towards a solution. He thoughtfully examined the appliance and was able to diagnose a few things wrong that contributed to the leaks we were having. Within 30 minutes he was able to fix the dishwasher and get it back working! A+ knowledge of craftsmanship - will definitely be calling Denys back for future work!
