- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are for referrals- 10% off the cost of my next visit if you refer me to a new customer. Most jobs are bid adding the cost of time and materials. I generally charge my time at $75 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact albeit text, phone conversation or zoom call. I like to physically come to the site and see the scope of work. It allows me to bid the job more accurately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a carpentry instructor so I have a bachelor’s degree in education from Temple University. I held a Pennsylvania dept. of education teachers certification. I’m also nationally certified as a carpenter and cabinetmaker instructor. A list of other certifications can be given upon request. Over 25 years in the remodeling industry.
