To ensure you receive the most accurate and competitive price, we have an on-site estimator who will walk you through the process step by step. This allows us to provide you with a tailored quote that reflects your unique needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial call, where we ask questions to understand the issues you're facing and determine how we can help. From there, we schedule an in-person estimate, where we walk you through the process and explain the value we bring to the table. After the estimate, we'll send you a virtual presentation summarizing everything discussed, providing all the information needed to help you make an informed decision about the best fit for your project. Once we arrive on-site, we complete the work and leave the property in better condition than we found it. After the job is done, we perform a walk-through to ensure you're satisfied with the results before closing out the project and finalizing payment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work with residential customers, but we also handle a significant number of commercial contracts. Our service area spans the NEPA region, and we have experience with larger contracts in NYC as well.
