FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is very clear and I always price each part individually so there is transparency. I never up charge for supplies and I feel the more a customer is informed about the project, the better for me. Constant feedback during the job process is definitely beneficial in order to avoid having to redo parts of jobs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them and discuss the project. I try to help with making suggestions and design help when necessary. I feel like if there is a way to do a great job at a cost effective price, I will try to recommend that first. I will write up a written estimate and contract to help outline in detail the job discussed as well as the payment terms as well if unexpected occurrences may arise. Covering all the bases is a good thing before even entering into starting a job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school and have my licenses and up to date insurance
