Excellent response time - 15 minutes! Came right away which I appreciated and installed smart deadbolt. (I am not technical so patience was important as I get frustrated easily.) Dr. Locks was very responsive and came out within the next day to assist us. Our side gate was locked since we moved here a few months ago and we didn’t have a key from the old owners.
