- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ask for holiday pricing. I also give a discount for the 2nd dog in the same family per day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a good time to talk, to learn more about their pets and needs. Set up Meet & Greet before scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Elementary Education. I am a dedicated, caring person and have lots of patience. I provide one on one attention during each walk, visit or stay.
