Peter is an excellent Property Manager! Century managed my rental units before Peter and rental income was inconsistent and there was a Tenant who refused to pay the water bill. Once I switched to Pana Rentals my rental income is consistent, my monthly income even increased. He took the Tenant who did not pay the water bills to court and I was reimbursed the money I lost under Century (miraculous). The Tenant now pays her water bills without being reminded monthly. Peter is a genius!Happy Investor

We lived in 7 oaks for a year and enjoyed our stay. The apartment was nice, appliances were all relatively new and all in working order. Brianna, our property manager, always responded to questions very quickly and helped to resolve any issues that came up.

I took over a seven unit, Pana gave all tenants notice electrician was coming over and most of them didn't open the door and they want to complain about nothing gets fixed , now we will have to reschedule ,and tenants think we work for free well this chips away at the budget the end result will be an increased for wasted time it's not the management it's the tenants then the next problem is trying to find somebody knows how to fix anything

Tom thanks for the review and comments. In this COVID environment, tenants are reluctant to allow contractors into their apartments. Its frustrating for owners and managers. We strive to provide excellent tenant and owner relationships and communication.

I cant say enough good things about Peter and Brianna from Pana rentals. They worked with my father helping me get into a home with my children as I was getting on my feet as a single mom and building credit. My credit score has drastically improved while renting from Pana rentals and being able to pay my bills on time. Anytime something needed fixed, it was always taken care of. The house was clean and upgrades were made before I moved in. My children and I miss the townhome but enjoyed our time there just 4 months shy of 2 years.
