ALL I CAN SAY IS BOOK MRS. YALANDA NOW. This woman was amazing. She came and did a group coaching session with me and my workout group on how to love ourselves as we are, did cool interactive group activities and did a meal prep with all of us too.. DEFINITELY GOT A BANG FOR MY DOLLAR AND WILL HAVE HER COMING BACK AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH.. THANKS AGAIN FROM ALL OF US GIRLS.. WE LOVE YOU.

wish I could pick all 3 above because Inner Peace Solutions has exceeded all the above & more. They are beyond attentive, understanding & provide Genuine empathy & sympathy for their clients. Look to help get matters resolved to include methods that one may or may not be familiar with. I like that they guide you to step out of your usual and try different & new methods.
