- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For each job we provide a custom quote. This is because each job is different due to length and width, surface repairs, textures, paint particulars etc. These all play a major role in defining the right price for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a request from you (the customer) we will contact you either by phone, email or through the messaging system on Thumbtack. Which ever you prefer. We will then schedule a date and time to meet with you at the specific location where the job will be carried out. We will listen to you explain your needs and expectations for the project. We will then examine exactly what needs to be done for ourselves and log the information in our books. After that we will put together a proposal and email it to you directly usually within 12-24 hours. In the email you will be shown a 'APPROVE ESTIMATE' button. If everything looks good and you agree with the quote and information therein, go ahead and click the 'APPROVE ESTIMATE' button. We will then follow up with you to schedule a start date etc. If you would like to discuss the project further before approval, simply call or email us and we'll be more that happy to assist with any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kieran is a highly skilled and trained professional in the painting trade with over 16+ years of industry experience. Trained as a young teenager by his father in Ireland to branching out on his own across the pond in the United States.
