Carlos did new shingles on our front porch roof and we hired him again to put a new chimney on our other home. While I hope I don't need to hire for additional roofing projects, if I do I would hire A1 Best Dreams Construction again. They do a detailed job working on your quote so you know exactly what work will be done and they are very professional and punctual when it comes to getting the job done. We continue to work with Carlos on projects and will hire him again in the future. I would recommend A1 Best Dreams to friends and family because we are pleased with their work and prices.

I had A1 address a very old flat roof. They were very responsive, professional, and up front about all aspects of the project (specifically the need to replace the underlying wood and skylight which had deteriorated). Carlos and his team were fantastic. We had some shingles that bulged up. Carlos found additional issues with the flashing. They provided photos so we could see exactly what was going on. They fixed everything at a reasonable price. We would hire again.
