FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First - Unlike many interior designers, we do not charge an hourly fee on our designs. More like a furniture retailer, we source products directly from preferred vendors and manufactures, giving you a boutique design experience. The cost of design, shipping and delivery to your home’s installation is all included on one bill. So, you pay only for the items you purchase with no extra fees or hidden charges. Most of our clients love working this way. You get the most for your investment, quality and service. While, also, saving time, money and costly mistakes. Second -We also offer hourly consultation. Sometimes all you need is a careful eye to make sure everything is coordinated or complimentary to the rest of your home. We have expertise in a variety of areas including kitchen and bath, cabinetry, color, fine art, and textiles. Consider purchasing one of our "Designer for the Day" consultation packages. My goal is to make your interior high functioning, and beautiful! So here is how the process works after our initial complimentary consultation. 1st appointment: Discuss in depth your needs, lifestyle, and design basics. We also go over a shopping list and discuss your investment. A retainer for services is required here. 2nd Appointment: This is the exciting part. Your design board is presented with color, fabrics, furnishings, and accessory choices. We will have plenty of beautiful selections for you. Making sure you will love it! A deposit is required on the design to get everything ordered. 3rd Appointment: Now the big reveal! No one wants to live in chaos- Your room is complete in one day! Installation of all furnishing, accessories and window treatments. Final payment is made this appointment. My design process is enjoyable, easy and fun. As it should be!
