- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting a better understanding of the project the customer is looking to have completed. We then schedule an appointment with the customer to visit the home and give a proper inspection of the areas in need of improvement. Finally, we answer any questions that will assist the customer in having all correct information to make the decision they feel comfortable with. Upon completion of the visit we will provide the customer a detailed estimate for the scope of the project in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Green Energy Guard has been in business since 2010 and continues to be family owned and operated. You will deal with the owner every step of the way from the initial call through the completion of the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Green Energy Guard was established with the goal and drive to improve individuals' homes by making them more energy efficient and comfortable by properly insulating and increasing energy efficiency opportunities throughout the home.
