- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with any size budget. Most parties are in the $15-$25/person range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer and what their event is, before we make food choices. Then we carefully select items together that will ensure the guests at the event enjoy it and that fit into the customer’s budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary in 1996 with a 3.8 GPA. While in school I worked at the school’s prestigious restaurant that was open to the public and ran by the graduating class.
