- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For assembly.. it may increase the price of the move because it is time consuming but we do understand that it is needed in most cases..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is best .. to discuss the move distance ,amount of man power needed for the task, parking ,largest item details etc.. we will follow up throughout the day or week leading into the move to make sure everything is still in place because we understand that things come up unexpected... we just ask that you inform us as soon as possible... once everything is verified, the team will show up and take our time with all of your belongings...
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I helped an elderly neighbor at the last minute once his original movers failed to call or show... he noticed the drive within me to complete the task so he suggested that I should take this line of work more seriously in the future... I valued his opinion and took action..
