- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on taking product and onsite measurements. Providing accurate labor costs for completing projects within the timeframe discussed with the client. Our FEE of $185 is for OUT OF AREA RESIDENTS. This covers the costs of taking onsite measurements, providing detailed estimates, and deposits for preorders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We qualify each customer by getting to know them and what concerns they have in regards to repairing one or multiple items around their home. Our job requires us to measure for replacement of window units, front entryway doors, screens and slider doors, in efforts for our team to provide quality service and products to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certified apprenticeship training, finish carpentry skills, and job site safety training to help us give you a professionally finished product and service.
