- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For video and audio production the customer makes and appointment. I sometimes require a deposit to hold the time. If it is a project that may last 2, 3, 6 months or a years like editing a feature length film or a documentary or recoding an EP for full-length CD recording a monthly payment is required. The also gives the client a discount on the price For example $500 a month would equal 6.6 hours but because it paid monthly the client would receive 10 hour credit. For duplication the customer can ship the tape or tapes to Melodyvision or drop them off in person. payment in full is required at the time the tapes are dropped off. If there are any tapes that can not be copied you will be refunded the cost of those tapes.
