FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is more competitive than other trainers at my gym. I am willing to offer weekly or monthly rates. Whether you are the type of person who wants to pay in advance to hold your self accountable or you need to pay for each session as you go, I am able to work with you. If it's still too high I offer hybrid training where we would meet once or twice a month and I will guide you through workouts on your own using an exercise App.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce myself and the gym I train out of. I find out the customer's goals and background. The first training session is an introduction where I assess the customer's posture, flexibility, general strength, and body composition (BMI, measurements). Once I have a general idea of what I'm working with, I create a program. I talk about it with the customer to make sure we are both in agreement with what will work best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the National Personal Training Institute and have a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Injury Prevention. I have my NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist certification and a Level II NASE certification.
