FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is more competitive than other trainers at my gym. I am willing to offer weekly or monthly rates. Whether you are the type of person who wants to pay in advance to hold your self accountable or you need to pay for each session as you go, I am able to work with you. If it's still too high I offer hybrid training where we would meet once or twice a month and I will guide you through workouts on your own using an exercise App. If you pay in advance, I have packages available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session will be a functional movement screen to determine where your body is at and where your starting points are. It is an introduction where I assess the your posture, flexibility, general strength, and body composition (BMI, measurements). You will get a chance to tell me what your goals are and to see the gym I train in. Once I have this information and a general idea of what I'm working with, I will create a program. I talk about it with you to make sure we are both in agreement with what will work best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the National Personal Training Institute and have a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Injury Prevention. I have my NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist certification and a Level II NASE certification. For the golfers, I also have my Titleist Performance Institute Level I certification.
