Notary for Western Pennsylvania. I will travel to notarize documents. Documents that need to be notarized, must be in English. Signor must have a valid form of ID (Drivers License, State ID, Passport, Military ID, etc.). I am a certified Paralegal and Notary. I cannot provide legal advice of any kind. You must contact an attorney if you need any legal advice/legal representation. *If the notary signing is cancelled due to either party not showing up on the scheduled date and time, a Travel Fee MUST be paid **Notice to Real Estate Agents/Companies: Cost for pictures of properties: $25 plus travel fee (if there is no signing taking place). ***C J Ferraro will NOT accept any requests for signings in any county jail or federal prison.
