My front door lock suddenly stuck late on a Sunday night I couldn’t leave the apartment without locking myself out or leaving the door unlocked. I was able to book an appointment online for 10 am Monday and had a new doorknob and lock installed by 11:30 am. Great guy, great price, great service!

Did a great job. Was the first one of three to call and we agreed to work with Sherlock. The service call is $55. Cost for Lock Star is $29 and cost for Loc Key is $39. I should have asked more questions. Paid more than I needed to do so BUT they got it done. Total cost was $178. $55 service call fee, $120 for labor and processing fee. Much higher than expected.
