- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We invoice by the month and not by the session. This allows us to give you package discounts and also to hold more than four sessions per month at no additional cost. As an example, this is particularly beneficial when you are preparing for an interview and we need to meet more than once in the same week!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have a FREE initial 45-minute to 1-hour consultation. 2. I develop a customized proposal for the client that clearly spells out in detail every step of the process (customized for them) and any related costs. 3. References are available upon request. 4. We have a follow-up call to answer any questions the client may have before we get started. 5. We begin meeting face-to-face weekly (in person, by FaceTime or by Skype) on the same day of the week and time of the day (a fixed calendar of sessions is reserved for the client). 6. If needed, we reschedule the weekly session as needed to accommodate the client's conflicts, vacation, illness, etc. 7. We proceed on a month-to-month basis and as long as YOU (the client) are thrilled with the value you are receiving and making progress toward your goal(s). Otherwise, you can stop at any time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am professionally trained and certified by four different organizations. In addition, I have two masters degrees and am working on my doctorate degree. I am a "Master" level coach and manage a group of life coaches that I have trained and certified myself.
