Dave was willing to make multiple trips out to my house to make sure my project was planned out thoroughly. He was extremely responsive to messages and punctual with his arrival. Very pleasant to work with. Will definitely be calling for my next project.

Dave and crew are absolutely amazing. They are kind, respectful and truly care about your happiness with the work they do. Their attention to detail is what impressed me the most. In addition they took extra care to insure my home remained as clean as possible. They listened to my needs and made sure my project was completed within budget and a day early. I cannot say enough positive things about these wonderful gentleman and I fully intend hiring them again for my next project!

We have been ABSOLUTELY pleased with the work completed by the CJ Property Development team. We hired them for a residential exterior upgrade project of our historic family duplex. They did not disappoint! In addition to the stellar workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism, Dave with CJ Property Development is a general contractor who TRULY loves his craft. My husband's family home was built in 1925 and we were looking for a general contractor who cared about the story and history of our home. Dave IS THAT PERSON! He was not interested in tearing out elements of our home that could be saved or restored. His team does high quality work and have a genuine desire to bring the life back to older homes while using durable, new materials that modernize the home and maintain it's original character. His team was on time, on budget and able to deal with the unexpected. Accomplishing any type of renovation in this climate of scarcity and supply chain issues is more than a challenge and CJ Property Development proved they were more than qualified to get things done! We would definitely want to hire them again for future work! Some major highlights of the work included: - Front door restoration including retooling of new and existing locks. - Major & Minor repair & rebuild of exterior concrete steps. - Repair & wrapping of exterior soffits - Major deck repair which included removing and hauling away wood rotted materials, adding new porch reinforcements, building a new deck floor with composite decking, under ceiling covering, new railings w/ pvc wrappings. - Adding exterior electrical sockets & Light fixtures - Major removal of vegetation on the house and in back yard - Tree removal - New fencing in back yard and added finishing landscaping - Installed new house numbers If you're on the "fence" just make the call!

Chris & Dave did a high quality job installing a drop down ceiling and lighting in our basement. Dave's assistance in designing the right look was extremely helpful. They made changes we requested and even did some added work that was not in the contract. They did a good job of cleaning up as much as possible when the project was completed. Would highly recommend and plan on using them again in the future.
