First cleaning was pretty bad. Lots of stains not cleaned even though it was deep clean and deep cleaning did not include fully cleaning counters. Just around the items on the counter. When I complained and I had an event coming up, they canceled on me twice until the day before the event saying they have shortage of staff only half an hour before they supposed to show up. Terrible experience. Worst I have had.
