Tania joined me and some other people for Thanksgiving. As a courtesy, she offered to help wash the dishes at the end of the day. I accepted, because Thanksgiving is a lot of work. Those dishes were quickly and thoroughly and 100% clean when she was done. This happened for 3 Thanksgivings.
I also worked with her as a tutor. Her homework was always neatly and carefully done completely, and on time. She communicated ahead of class if she had a problem.
I trust Tania to consistently do an excellent job at anything, including cleaning. If she does well, she should be paid well, too!
