ZERO STARS. This is hands down the most shady company I have ever dealt with. The owner "Natalia" (but pronounced "Natalie") doesn't even know how to spell her own name, probably because it is an alias. But you know, she graduated from Duquesne with a 4.2 gpa to be a nurse. First of all, judging by her spelling she probably didn't graduate high school let alone college. Second of all, that is the dumbest thing to tell people when you are trying to clean their house. Even if it was true what does that have to do with cleaning houses. To summarize my experience with them, they were supposed to come today to clean my house at noon. I left a funeral early to meet them at my house but they never showed up. After a half hour passed I texted them to the number she told me to text to, but nobody answered. A half hour later I called and no response. I texted and called again 4 more times until 4 oclock when I finally got a call from Natalie (you don't spell 'Natalie' 'Natalia' lady) who said she would be at my house in no later than 20 minutes. After 30 minutes pass I call the number she called me from (which was different than the number she had td me to contact her at) and some weird guy answers who says "oh is this that guy whose house she was going to clean? You know what, on her way to your house she was T-boned (whatever in the hell that means) and her car was totaled and she is in the hospital now." So within 30 minutes, she wrecked her car, was t-boned, and was already in the hospital. I asked how she was doing and he said the doctors think she'll be ok. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!! The guy was the worst liar in the world and I told him that and he responded by telling me to "F" off. ZERO STARS. Also, Squeeky is spelled Squeaky Natalia.

This man was extremely rude to the owner on the phone. He is the one that was cussing at him. He tried to apologize to the man on the phone. There had been an accident. Our business name "Squeeky Clean", we purposely misspelled squeaky to give it a twist. We do all we can to keep our customers happy and satisfied with all we do. However, sometimes incidences and/or accidents occur that we have no control over. If the customer had taken the whole picture into view, our owner would have been able to help him with some other things or refer him to a service that does same day cleaning. He would of received something on behalf of our company and we could of worked something out. I like to be real with my customers and give them a personal touch. I plan on having a soon to be great relationship with my faithful customers. So, I start out personable from the start and people normally respond quite well. So if the person that wrote this review happens to read this, I am sorry for your bad experience and I hope you have found a service that works best for you. Just so you know, my name is Natalina meaning "Little Christmas" in Italy where my family is from. My nickname/name for short is Natalie. That's why I may say Natalie or Natalina.
