I contacted them for an in home estimate. Someone texted me, asked for my availability to come out and said they’d let me know. They never got back to me and when I reached out to them again and said we hired another company, the person who texted me back said they’ve been busy. I asked for the persons name and they refused to give it to me. I wonder how they’ve been so busy if they don’t get back to potential customers?? I’m so glad we went with another company if this is the way this company conducts business. I made sure to tell everyone about my experience. My in-laws have decided to replace their flooring and are going with the company we went with too. Don’t even bother contacting this company. They won’t get back to you and if they do, they’ll make excuses like they’re “busy”. We’re paying customers too, so to be told that is a huge insult. It takes one minute to text someone and apologize and say you’ll get back to me as soon as you can.
