At Seaside Garage Door Experts, our typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation to understand your specific needs. We then provide a detailed estimate, explaining all the options available and answering any questions you may have. Once approved, we schedule the job at a time that’s convenient for you, and complete the work efficiently and professionally. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We service every major garage door and opener brand in Hampton Roads: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, CHI Overhead Doors, Wayne Dalton, Raynor, Overhead Door, Holmes, Sears Craftsman, plus older legacy systems most companies turn down. After 14 years and over a thousand jobs across Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, and Williamsburg, there isn't much we haven't seen. Our specialties: broken torsion and extension springs (we stock the right size for your door, no second trip), doors off track or stuck open, opener repair and install (chain, belt, screw, jackshaft, smart Wi-Fi units), cable replacement, track and roller repair, TorqueMaster conversions, hurricane and storm damage, full new-door installation, and 21-point safety inspections.
