Very timely and professional support. I needed a bookcase secured to a brick wall - a tough job. It was no problem for themz finishing the task in under an hour. They even let me know where they ran into trouble with the project as a result of the wall's construction, provided alternative solutions, and were willing to go the extra mile to ensure it was done right.
