Last night my garage wire/cord snapped. Omar replied to my message quickly and was responsive throughout the day with a clear time set on arrival. I used Royal to service a garage door that wasn't wowking on a rental, so I wasn't there to meet in person. Omar could have taken advantage of the situation but was honest and reliable every step of the way. He not only fixed the problem but charged less than originally quoted as he didn't have to change a part he thought he might. Again, his honesty and ethical workmanship astounded me. He is also very knowledgeable and fixed the issue on the spot. I would highly recommend him!
