Had an issue with the spring and pulley on garage door. They responded to me within minutes and came out promptly for the repair. Was after normal business hours, in the darn and was bitterly cold but they fixed the issues quickly and the repair was better than the original bracket design holding the door. Highly recommend.

We ran into a garage door issue at the worst possible time. It was snowing like crazy, our garage isn’t insulated, and critters have been known to make their way in when it’s cold. In a panic, I reached out to Royal’s Garage Doors, not having much hope, considering the weather conditions, that it was the weekend, and that we needed help ASAP. Royal Garage Doors was super responsive, and when Omar came out - less than 24hrs later (on a Sunday), he was prompt, professional, gave us short-term and long term options, was quick with our repair, and very affordable. We’d like to upgrade our old manual door in the new year and he left us with literature for options. We will absolutely be calling him when we’re ready for that next project. 100/10, don’t hesitate hiring Royal! Thank you, Omar!
