- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a true cost guide to show customers the average nationwide cost for work needing performed. I then break it down to the average cost to have the requested work performed in the area, then go from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I quickly respond to customer referrals with a phone call to introduce myself and Strick Pro LLC. Then, I find out exaclty what services the customer needs and when they want it completed. I then proceed to schedule an appointment with the customer for an estimate or time to complete the services requested, depending on the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to trade school at Fayette Institute of Commerce and Technology. I completed the residential wiring program.
