Alex was the technician who came out to help us. He was one of the few furnace specialists willing to both assess the repair and provide an estimate for a new furnace. Other places would only do one or the other. We ultimately chose the repair option he recommended, as it was by far the best value we had been quoted! Alex was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the repair cost was much more reasonable than the shockingly high estimates we had received from others. I really appreciated the honest pricing, and the ability to have someone knowledgeable to do the estimate.

Called this morning and they had a guy come out at 10 am to fix our thermostat. We updated it but didn’t have a c wire and Braeden gave us 2 options and the pros and cons of both. We ended up going with adding a wire and the work was fast. Definitely recommend using this company!
