Introduction
I currently play in college as a point guard. My focus during training is on ball handling, shot creation, and being able to change speeds. It is not just a skills workout, it is about being mentally engaged when fatigued.

I’ll tell you what. These drills and work outs will definitely have you debating on coming back. But I’ve never been helped in such ways. I came across a few trainers and I can tell you he outdone them all. He doesn’t just focus on winning, he focuses on you becoming a winner. You progressing and achieving those goals. I just want to say Abed is an outstanding trainer. Usually there’s too much fun with to little work, and he definitely levels that out. What I really like is his strong integrity, no matter what he’ll keep it real and won’t stop until you progress further than you expected. I really recommend checking him out.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An initial workout that will be mainly done to assess strengths, weaknesses, and any movement patterns that need to be corrected. After that, the following workouts will be to address what needs to be improved upon.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always trained myself, I didn’t have a trainer growing up. When I moved to Pittsburgh I began training with my assistant coach, keep learning and went from there.
