Hired them to repair my dryer. I have an older dryer (15+ years old) that parts were no longer available. They were able to work a fix even though the parts were discontinued. Also replaced the worn parts and my dryer is like new. Hopefully I’ll get another 15 years out of it now. Highly recommend

Zergans came out same day and fixed my appliance within 20 minutes of arriving. He was prompt for the 6:00 window and called before coming. The pricing was ramble as well. The receptionist went above and beyond to answer questions and ensure I was comfortable with the job. Highly recommend

Max did such a great job repairing my washing machine that I hired him again when my dryer stopped drying a few weeks later. He tested things and found the problem and within a short time my dryer was running again. He even cleaned up all the lint that was inside the cabinet and oiled a part that stopped some minor squeaking without me even asking!! It's comforting to know that if I have any problem with any of my appliances I can call Max and have them repaired quickly and correctly.

Max arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He recommended purchasing a new machine, due to the cost of labor and parts for the repair. I would definitely call him again if I needed appliance repair.

My washing machine suddenly decide to stop draining with a full load in it. Panic!! I was able to get a same day appointment and the trouble was found immediately. Who knew that the little switch that the door of the washer clicks into would prevent my washer from spinning and draining if it was broken.....Zergan did! And who knew the insides of a washer could get so dirty?! Thankfully since a part was needed I had time to give it a good cleaning before the repair was completed. I was kept informed of a small delay and I appreciated that. My old washer is like new again thanks to Zergan. And with a one year warranty on labor I feel confident in the repair too. I highly recommend Zergan and have already recommended them to friends. Thank you!!
