Orik arrived within a few hours of the first contact. Diagnosed the problem, explained the fix required, and provided the cost. He returned a few days later to complete the repairs after obtaining the required part. Communication was excellent all the way through the process. I recommend him highly and will use YinzerFix next time I need an appliance repair.
